90% of property searches start on-line

So getting properties let isn’t about adverts in the local paper or shop windows any more.
It’s all about effective marketing with great on-line partners and realistic pricing.

Zoopla receives over 5 million property searches per month and has industry leading advertising partnerships with FindaProperty, Primelocation, Globrix, national newspaper property sections and hundreds of local websites.
Landlords are not allowed to list on "portals" such as Zoopla privately, without going through an agent.
